To support the freshwater farm plan regulations consultation process, an initial regulatory impact analysis has been completed.
The analysis compares the options proposed in the freshwater farm plan regulations discussion document to four criteria: effective, practical, gives effect to Te Mana o te Wai and takes into account the Treaty of Waitangi (Te Tiriti o Waitangi).
